The shape

   The shape of airships are divided into:

      Cigar with a reduced drag (such majority)

      All other airships, whose task is to hang over the land or slow flight:

         ellipsoid - in the form of an ellipsoid (with reduced resistance to lateral wind);

         disc - in the form of a disk;

         lenticular - in the form of double-convex lens;

         toroidal - in the form of a torus, intended for use as an air valve;

         V-shaped;

         vertical airships, shaped like a flying skyscrapers - are designed to fly over the cities, where streets and create conditions for a strong wind blowing along the buildings, which leads to a turbulent air flow.

   Most of the airships unusual forms exist only in draft form. In addition, there are variants of conventional Ballooning with the nacelle, borrowed from vacation advice.
